NEMOTO LABO

Karuizawa is a unique destination — both a beloved resort town and a place where many people have second homes.

The atmosphere changes beautifully with the seasons, from the lively high season to the quiet charm of the off-season.

At NEMOTO LABO, we want you to enjoy more than just sightseeing. We invite you to discover the flavors of Shinshu through local and seasonal ingredients, prepared in our relaxed bistro-style French cuisine.

Even away from the big cities, we believe a restaurant can be a place to enjoy great food, local culture, and meaningful moments together.

Whether you are visiting Karuizawa with family, celebrating an anniversary, a birthday, or simply enjoying a special day together, we hope NEMOTO LABO becomes part of your memories in Karuizawa.

Come and enjoy the taste of Shinshu, French bistro style.
